• The in-house designed Kongsberg PrecisionDrive™ system combines a sleek innovative high-torque motor with a rack and pinion setup resulting in up to 2.7 G acceleration and peak cutting speeds of up to 167.5 m/min.

• The wide-format traverse beam on the 64 & 66 tables is newly designed, woven from a single filament of carbon, wound around a proprietary unique internal structure for ultimate strength and light weight. This means minimal twisting and bending, even when accelerating or when generating the 50 kg downforce needed for optimal creasing.

• A new dual-zone safety system monitors the table’s surroundings. The first zone slows the table, ensuring uninterrupted output. Move even closer, and the second zone pauses everything.

• The Kongsberg Ultimate has tool positions for cutting, oscillating, creasing and perforating. No need for operator intervention to change tools.

• A new sequencing module optimises cutting routes for faster and more efficient production.
